  • Yes. Willis House of Refuge is a sober living facility. All residents are required to remain completely drug-free at all times. This includes marijuana, regardless of legalization status. Our mission is to provide a safe, stable, and substance-free environment that supports healing, accountability, and successful transition into independent living.

  • No. Willis House of Refuge does not accept individuals with sex offense convictions. Our program is designed to serve men in transition, including veterans, individuals reentering society after incarceration, and men seeking stability and support. To maintain the safety and integrity of the home and community, individuals with sex offense convictions are not eligible for residency.

  • Yes. All residents are required to be employed. Employment may be full-time or part-time. Having employment is an important part of rebuilding independence, responsibility, and long-term stability.

  • SNAP and LINK benefits are accepted for personal food support; however, they are not accepted as payment for program or client fees. Residents are still responsible for paying their required program fees separately. SNAP and LINK benefits help support personal living needs but do not replace financial program obligations.
